The 1 bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen, living room, laundry and bathroom with separate toilet has a total area of 44 square meters. Parking for one vehicle, wifi , linen, towels are included.
Local Services : Within walking distance are a cinema, restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, bakeries, tearooms, the Annecy Lake, pedestrian zones and bicycle tracks. Local markets are every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday (local products).
