"Location, location, location. A room with a view here is spectacular. However, lake access is not as easy as you'd think and there is no exclusivity. There is no place with chaise lounges for sitting outside and enjoying the sun and lake. You have to pay extra for the "club" next door made out of what seems to have once been the hotel's lake deck. Hotel is not right in town but it is a short walk and there are other restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel is substantial and expensive. If you are not a big breakfast eater, it's kind of a waste. The staff was all polite but no one wanted to lift a finger to provide any extra help. We were there peak season and maybe they were tired but asking for a taxi was like asking for a personal favor. The front desk people are experts in ignoring your presence. We did not use the spa. We paid for a room with a fantastic view and no regrets but while I will return to Annecy, I don't think I'd stay here again."

"This property is very clean and modern. The rooms are small but has everything you need and very clean! We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, it was okay, but the other mornings we went across the street and got drinks and food for both of us for the same price as one breakfast at the hotel. There is coffee offered between 1pm and 9pm, it would be better if it was offered to guests in the morning as well. The location is fantastic, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Annecy!"

"Nice property in a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. Enough space for the 3 of us traveling together and sharing a room. Air conditioning was not working in all of the rooms so some others I traveled with were quite warm. "It is an excellently located hotel. It is extremely tidy and clean. In terms of what can be improved, the rooms are a bit dated in my view but bedding and size of rooms are excellent. The bar could be more atmospheric and less functional, and the gym is extremely basic (less of an issue in a place like Annecy which is a dream for fitness in general). Overall, it’s an excellent choice for Annecy."
