Come and take advantage of this situation at the water's edge to share an unforgettable stay between lake and city; its terrace overlooking the lake will seduce you.

In a magnificent 50m2 apartment delivered in September 2021 offering you a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a terrace.

The old town of Annecy being a few minutes on foot or by bike, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without having to take your car.

You have a garage for 1 car as well as a bike room at your disposal.

Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the reservation
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.

Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:

Housekeeping includes:
- clean floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets
- disinfection of the accommodation

Cleaning does not include:
- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes
- storage of furniture and equipment of the accommodation
- take the food out of the fridge

A nice and well equipped studio apartment, close to the old town and convenient for a small local park and beach. There is (summer 2023) construction ongoing on the site. We enjoyed the cycle route around the lake and an evening stroll to one of the many restaurants in the old town. Note that there is no aircon so in hot weather you might want to bring a fan.
