"The Villa Caballero is a winner. The villas themselves are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch - in fact, I had a knee injury and needed ice and I think the staff went out and purchased gel packs as they seemed brand new and unused. Bravo!!! The property is two minute walk from Turtle Beach, two restaurants and a rather new craft brewery. Highly recommend!!!!"

"The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. "Extremely basic accommodations, the room needed an overhaul, lights, fixtures, tv, electric outlets, clean up at the bathroom, new toilet water bowl, a paint job, new door and more. It was actually a lot worse than a basic motel 6. Beach access was excellent though. Personel (when there) very very nice and friendly."

"We, two couples, were there for almost 2 weeks and really enjoyed. Now, when cold weather is coming, I appreciate that paradise, both place and hotel, even more. And staff was fantastic - especially Victoria - Vika, in managerial, operational and human-practical helping. For sure I would like to repeat this ASAP. "
