The villa consists of 4 apartments with terrace and sea view located 5 minutes from the beach by car, 25 minutes on foot.



The little extras:
Car rental: We can provide you with a rental car upon your arrival at Agadir Airport. A local correspondent will meet you there and can drive you directly to the apartment for an easy and serene arrival. Take advantage of our preferential rates negotiated with our local and serious partners (from € 25 per day for a petrol Dacia) from Agadir airport.

Airport shuttle: We can organize your transfer from Agadir airport to the apartment by Taxi: cost 25 € / one way / per shuttle. (Supplement if arriving in the middle of the night)
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the villa and is located 5 minutes from the beach by car, 25 minutes on foot.

Its terrace allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the bay and to have your meals facing the bay.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Wohnung mit schönem Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmern, kleiner Kochnische, Bad und Wohnzimmer verbracht. Der Check in hat reibungslos geklappt und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer sind schön. Leider hatten sie keine Fenster nach draußen, nur zum Wohnzimmer. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig und klein. Der Strand zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.

Beautiful, however...

Dar Oceana was a beautiful and well decorated property which appeared exactly as the pictures. Unfortunately, the stay was marred by very loud construction which started early in the morning and continued late into the night. I found out after my arrival that this type of construction is fairly common in this part of Tamraght and, as such, cannot be blamed on the property manager. However, I would advise travelers to Tamraght to vet their properties carefully or else spend the night in a construction zone. To his credit, the property manager, Nicolas, responded promptly when this concern was addressed and I was able to move without penalty.

Un petit retard pour la remise des clés mais rattrapé par un bel appartement très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour dans ce beau pays qu'est le Maroc. Merci.

magnifique !

Superbe moment passés dans ce bel appartement, très bien entretenu, la vue est topissime, face à la mer le bonheur , la mer que l'on peut d'ailleurs rejoindre en quelques minutes est vraiment magnifique , bouffée d'air garantie on peut s'y retsaurer de superbe terasse , nous y reviendrons :) et petite mention à Guy qui était fort sympathique et toujours de bon conseil.

Appartement correspondant aux photos. Location très propre. Nous avons pu avoir un lit parapluie pour notre fille de 2 ans. Belle vue sur la mer. Village très sympathique et calme. On a pu se balader sur Agadir, faire du dromadaire sur la plage de Tamraght, la vallée du paradis, Taroudant et Essaouira. Guy est de bon conseil et nous a accueilli très chaleuresement.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement agréable

Séjour en famille au top dans ce joli appartement avec une belle vue sur la baie de Taghazout. Le quartier est calme et l'appartement est bien agencé, avec une cuisine très bien équipée par rapport aux standards marocains. Le beau temps nous a permis de manger sur la terrasse quasiment tous les jours en plein hiver! Le propriétaire Nicolas était disponible rapidement par e-mail et la remise des clés s'est très bien passée avec son gardien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Very good

If you want to live amidst the Moroccon people, but do not wat to be to far from a big place (Agadir), if you want to experience how the Moroccon live and still want the luxury of your own privacy, if you want to be close to the sea and surf at great spots, then this appartement suits you greatly. It is safe, clean and has a great view, we stayed here with our two growing up daughters and felt welcome our entire stay!

Super Sejour - Appartement au top!

Nous avons passé en famille une excellente semaine dans ce super appartement bien équipé et décoré avec gout dans le village de Tamraght a quelques kilomètre au Nord d'Agadir. Emplacement idéal pour les spots de surf, comme pour les visites ou l'accès aux plages de cette magnifique région du Maroc. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
