“This is a beautiful hotel and the attention to detail is very high. The staff are terrific so professional so well trained. They advise on everything if you need anything. Found them exceptionally kind and attentive. The pool area is totally great and the spa is also fantastic. It was a great stay at a perfect time. They kindly upgraded my room also which I was very grateful for it was stunning!”

“Very clean property with plenty of great food selections. Only improved I’d recommend is adding proper entertainment (like the Moon Palace Cancun). Since many parents with children come here, it would be great to add activities for the kids to keep them busy.”

“This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.”

“Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle.”

“Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several……

“Our family of four, including two young children (3yo and 1yo), had a wonderful time at this hotel. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, and the daily cleaning staff refreshed our bedding and towels. The hotel staff throughout the resort was incredibly helpful and great with kids. Cash is easy to exchange at the hotel reception for a reasonable rate (lower than ATM or nearby exchange but convenient) The beach and ocean views were beautiful, and the weather was perfect for enjoying the……

“Old but very well maintained hotel with beautiful architecture that represents the marocan culture vey well (Colors, shapes, arts) We enjoyed the local restaurants bars inside the hotel Staff were very nice and welcoming The pool the beach the area made our stay amazing”

“Tout était parfait ! Il y a tout pour passer de super vacances. On peut tout aussi bien se reposer à la piscine, à la plage ou au spa comme faire des activités sportives ou participer aux animations. Cet hôtel est vraiment complet ! La nourriture des buffets est incroyable, il y a tous les jours différent choix et en plus de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est également au petit soin. 10/10”

“It was our first time in Morocco and it was perfect! This was due to our stay at this hotel: the staff were fabulous and extremely friendly as well as helpful; the resort speaks for itself, it is identical to the images online; the beach is one of a kind. They were also very helpful in terms of booking an airport transfer for us meaning our way home was hassle-free. The location of the resort is very central in-between two local towns (tamraght and tagazhout) and are very much in walking……

“Hébergement face à la plage, avec une très belle plage propre, des vagues modérées et une magnifique corniche pour se promener. Le ménage de la chambre est irréprochable, fait chaque jour avec soin. Le buffet est propre, délicieux et varié, vraiment agréable. Le personnel est serviable et aimable, toujours souriant.L’animation est internationale.L’animation marocaine, je ne l’ai malheureusement pas ressenti durant mon séjour, mais nous nous sommes quand même bien amusés grâce à la bonne……

Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable, que ce soit l’équipe du matin : un grand merci à Fatna ainsi qu’au jeune homme dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu le prénom, pour un service digne d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Merci également aux cuisiniers et à la pâtissière, notamment pour les sfenj, une vraie douceur, ainsi que la personne pour le thé……
