"There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. "Perfect location for my dog and I. I did keep her on leash in the backyard because there was an old rat poison dispenser, but that was easy enough. The picnic tables and lounge chair were nice touches too."

"The good: check in was seamless and communication from the host was good. Living room couch and loveseat were comfortable. The bad: If we arrived earlier in the day and were staying more than two days we would have went elsewhere after seeing the space. It's extremely dark and it was a cheap and hasty renovation done on a dated space and looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned in awhile. The initial impression was that it was a solid 3/5. "My wife and I stayed here one night at the end of our anniversary trip to fly out of Sacramento airport before we returned home. The location is great we had dinner in Old Town. What a great home, very clean, remodeled with all the comforts we could want. Next time were in Sacramento we will try to stay here again! If its available!"
