“The room was clean & everything was functioning. Very cute room! The door handle & window screen needed some fixing but not functional issues. There seemed to be a minimal amount of towels available. The staff was very responsive, always via text which I thought was wonderful, and also very kind in their responses. The property next door was under construction (May 2026) & had dropped nails into the parking lot, I went through & picked them up & expressed my concern to the staff & they indicated……

“Location was amazing, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Street parking was not a problem. We couldnt check in until 4 but waited to 430 and upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned. Dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and in the bathtub, bed sheets not changed, bed not made, dirty/used blankets on the couch. I called and texted the host with no response. We loaded all our bags back into the car and not sure how to proceed. One hour after first attepmts to get ahold of the host, I……
