"The cottage is in terrible shape. It is for sale and the owners do not wish to do any renovations ( very many are necessary ). The dock and steps leading to it are very shaky and dangerous. The deck needs to be refininshed. The screen door does not close properly and lets bugs in. The BBQ does not ..."
