A lovely ground floor studio on the Tenerife Royal Gardens complex in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. The apartment enjoys air conditioning, wifi internet access as well as being well equipped including a washing machine.

The Space:
Tenerife Royal Gardens 8 - Studio is beautifully decorated and refurbished and includes air conditioning. Situated on a very popular complex, the studio is on the ground floor. The entrance is road level, but the terrace is raised and furnished with sun loungers, as well as comfortable seating with a coffee table. There is also a sun awning. Patio doors lead back into the living area, which is furnished with an L-shaped sofa bed, a flat screen TV with English and international channels and a DVD player. There is also a modern glass bistro table & 2 stools. In addition to the metered air conditioning, there is also a ceiling fan in the living area. The luxury fitted kitchen includes a built-in oven and 4 ring hob, fridge with ice compartment, kettle, toaster and all usual cooking utensils and equipment. The bedroom area consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC and washing machine. There is also a hair dryer.
