Very nice apartment in Arraial do Cabo on the 1st block of Prainha, the best beach of Arraial do Cabo. The property has two bedrooms, with a double bed and a bunk bed, and four mattresses.
all rooms with balcony, for good ventilation including ceiling fans. A huge living room with front porch, a fully renovated bathroom with luxury shower, kitchen with closet and a laundry room. with 1 car garage. Very cozy apartment, is to fall in love. O imóvel é muito bem equipado, com colchonetes extras, travesseiros e tudo mais que se pode querer. A localização é ótima, 1 minuto da Prainha, facilidade em pegar Uber e o zelador é muito solícito e gentil. Sem reclamações do atendimento. Voltaria com certeza!

O imóvel é realmente o que consta no anúncio, Sr. Eraldson super atencioso e passou confiança desde o primeiro contato. O Sr. Vavá muito simpático e prestativo. Se eu retornar para Arraial do Cabo com certeza tentaremos ficar lá novamente. O apartamento fica na rua de trás da Prainha e no máximo 30 minutos a pé de qualquer outra praia da cidade e da praia dos anjos onde estão concentrados os passeios.

O apartamento ótimo, muito bem mobiliado e funcional. Exatamente com descrito no anúncio. Tudo muito limpo, moveis em ótimo estado, estrutura do apto também em ótimo estado de conservação (pisos, louças sanitárias, paredes, moveis etc). O proprietário muito atencioso, educado e solícito. Em geral muito bom do lado da prainha próximo de todas as outras praias de pontos comerciais. Excelente apartamento! As fotos ilustram exatamente como está o imóvel. Fomos bem recepcionados pelo síndico que nos deu toda atenção necessária. O proprietário também é muito atencioso, tirou todas as dúvidas. Apesar do apartamento não possuir elevador, foi de fácil acesso para meus pais que são idosos. O imóvel possui uma boa estrutura para preparar as refeições. Recomendo esse apartamento para família.

Agradeço a gentileza e a presteza do proprietário desse imóvel, desde o inicio dos contatos foi atencioso, sanando todas as nossas duvidas e ajudando muito na escolha. Imóvel muito bem localizado na Prainha, próximo do mar. Imóvel novo, limpo e aconchegante. Sugestão: poderia ter outra cama de casal, fomos em dois casais e isso ficou um pouco desconfortável. Mas, independente de qualquer coisa indico esse imóvel. Comporta, quatro pessoas muito bem.
