"We only stayed one night because my daughter was graduating the next morning. Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. On Saturday night we cooked a nice dinner and enjoyed it with family and friends. "We rented the condo to attend a graduation in Erie, PA and we were 16 with a mix of different ages. From the outside the condo looks small, but it's pretty spacious on the inside. Most of the rooms have full baths, except one of the bedrooms has a half bath. The upstairs has the 2 "bedrooms", which are basically a large room with multiple beds and a bed in a large corridor leading to that room. Those rooms can fit about 6-8 people pretty comfortably and there is 1 full bath there. Then there are...

My son was celebrating his 18th birthday on the day of the full solar eclipse with family including my 10 month old twin nephews and three year old nephew. The house had space to accommodate everyone's needs and the hosts did an amazing job of making us feel welcome. They even went out of their way to include some special decorations for our event. "Property was good. Pictures a bit misleading as you look like you're staying in a place you can walk out the back door and be on the beach area. Pull out couch in living room was great but no shades on the windows to block light for the person sleeping there. Also didnt know the remotes for the lights and fans in the bedrooms upstairs apparently control each other which took us about 10 mins to figure out with what was going on with our individual lights and fans. Overall good for 2 night stay."

"Stayed here for the eclipse but got much more out of it. It was a nice quiet stay right on the lake which made for and enjoyable long weekend. Havinging th abilty to walk out, sit around a fire on a lake and fish was quite enjoyable. The tiny home was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying here again in the future. It was pet friendy yet lacked any animal hair which was a big concern as we had more than 1 person alerigic to dogs but had to bering out non shedding dog with us. Overall...
