“The property listed as a smoke-free property. The building had a neighbor across the hall, that smoked cigarettes ALL DAY and NiGHT. Can’t control what the neighbors do, but don’t list the property as a “no smoking” property. Clothes smelled like cigarette smoke when I left.”

“Easy access and close Watkins Glen. Just up hill from Watkins Glen State Park. Roomy with plenty of necessities. No views and parking is tight or not available when all units full. Overall good but a little dated.”
