“The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned.……

“Accommodations are amazing! Very clean, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay while skiing/tubing. Super cozy and welcoming condo. Area is great, quiet and peaceful. This stay made my daughter’s birthday so fun. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. We have stayed at the lodge many times and this was a change and what a great choice. Quick responses from owner. Can’t say enough on how great this place is!”

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
