This location of 860 7th Street, Unit B is perfect for easy beach access and close to all of the boardwalk attractions, including Gillians Wonderland Pier, Castaway Cove, Ocean City Waterpark, Music Pier and all the shops and restaurants. There is a private elevator and a 1 car attached garage. The unit also has a washer and dryer. Huge living areas and a wrap-around deck provide plenty of space to relax and play. Enjoy meal prep in the gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Our home features a large dining area, in addition to a granite island with bar-stools. With zero steps into the private elevator, unloading suitcases and groceries couldn't be easier. Park your car for the week and walk to everything.
