### Spacious Renovated Cottage with Garden, EV Charger, Near Major Attractions

Gîte in a small, quiet village between Lunéville and Sarrebourg (30 minutes).  
Easy access via the N4 motorway, 5 minutes away.  
All shops and amenities are 7 minutes away (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, doctor, and pharmacy, etc.).  
For your leisure time, Center Parcs is 20 minutes away, Sainte Croix Animal Park is 30 minutes away, Pierre-Percée lakes are 35 minutes away, Langatte leisure center is 25 minutes away, swimming pools are 25 minutes away in Sarrebourg or Lunéville, the rail bike trail is 35 minutes away in Magnieres, and the Arzviller inclined plane is 40 minutes away.  
Nancy is one hour away, Metz is one hour and ten minutes away, and Strasbourg is one hour and a half away.  
Possibility of spending the day in the Vosges Mountains, Alsace, and visiting, among other things, the Monkey Mountain, the Eagle Volery, the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, and more.  
INFO: In 2025, rates include cleaning! Gîte in a large building renovated in 2021 with fiber optic internet.  
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, one bedroom (one queen-size bed), since January 2024, a NEW bathroom with a step-free walk-in shower (90 cm wide), separate toilet, laundry room, and barn.  
Since May 2023, a new secure staircase with integrated barriers at the top and bottom has been installed to access the upper floor.  
Upstairs: mezzanine, two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds that can be pushed together), bathroom/toilet. Electric heating and a pellet stove in the living room with a child safety gate, utilities not included.  
Sheets provided, beds made upon arrival.  
Sheltered terrace accessible from the living room.  
You can enjoy the garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong table, and children's games in the enclosed, grassy, and wooded grounds near the house.  
Parking is available in front of the cottage.  
INFO: In 2025, rates include cleaning! This accommodation does not have the Tourism and Disability label, but features a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower (90 cm wide) with direct access to the living areas and the terrace.  
You will be welcomed on site by the owner.

#### Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auf dem Land.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und stand für weitere Informationen zur Verfügung. Autrepierre ist ein sehr kleiner Ort, aber im ca. 8 Minuten entfernten Blamont gibt es Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke, Ärzte etc. Von Autrepierre aus haben wir schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Wir haben den Urlaub in Lothringen sehr genossen.
