“It's not a hotel but newly decorated rooms on tbe 2nd and 3rd floors of a normal building. The room and the bed are big and comfortable. It's a pity it's noisy from the traffic outside as there is no double window. It's very near the station on foot. I arrived before check-in time and they let me leave my luggage in the room as it as ready, which was very kind.”

“Manuele, Kata and all of the team definitely did everything possible to make our 8 day stay a success. The apartments are stylish with Objects 'd'Art and Books to enjoy...not many in English! ... The bed was extremely comfortable with quality linens. Nice towels. The practical fittings, however, could be improved and are less than perfect. No salt, pepper, oil etc; Need a new chopping board. No serated knife. Kitchen cupboards stick. The rain shower drips cold water when using the hand held……

“The listing said that reception was open until 7:00PM and also free parking. Both of these things are absolutely false. Parking is in the street only and it’s only free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. But the worst part was that when we arrived there was ABSOLUTELY NOBODY THERE to check us in. There was a post it note with a phone number to dial. The other “hotel” in the building had someone there who called and got the code for the key box. I got the keys for room four and started looking around. ……
