This five bedroom home has everything from an elevator to oceanfront views. The first level of the home opens to a large game room with a pool table, card table, stereo, and sitting area with a TV and DVD. Challenge friends and family to a pool tournament or to a night of card games. While you wait for your turn, grab a cold drink from the full-sized refrigerator or a snack at the wet bar with and a sink. Laundry and a full bath are on this floor. Let the kids take this level’s bedroom, a queen bedroom that shares the game room bath. Deck access to the outside on this level makes going to the ocean easier then ever. Make travel between floors easy with the elevator. The second level of the home has three bedrooms. Two king master bedrooms face the ocean and offer amazing sunrise views. Step outside before meeting the whole family and watch the sky turn pink and, if you’re lucky, catch dolphins playing. Both master bedrooms have deck access and private attached baths, one with a handicap-friendly bath and TVs. The third bedroom is the bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds that use the hall bath on this level. Let the children stay and watch a movie at the second level den area with seating and a TV. Sliding glass doors offer access to the second level covered deck from this area as well. The covered deck offers the perfect place to slip out at night and take a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub. The third level has the fifth bedroom, a king master bedroom with an attached private bath and deck access. Take the best view in the house for yourself in this bedroom. The large bath is perfect for a relaxing bubble bath after a day at the beach. Or, slip out to the deck for a moment of peace anytime of the day. Cooking for a large group is easy in the open kitchen with plenty of counter space. Views of the island and ocean are perfect for the backdrop of breakfast at the breakfast nook that seats four, or at the dining table that seats 10\. Spend the evening in the great room with everyone and put a show on the large TV while you talk about tomorrow’s plans of exploring the island. I would not rent it in its current condition though. The deck needs to be replaced because nail heads are sticking up and there is plenty of opportunity for slivers from the wood because it is so old. Half the jets on the hot tub don't work. Also, a service team showed up to fix a broken AC unit. The property mgr did not let us know. I will start with: our family prefers houses that are lived in and well-loved. This place just felt like home. Clean, neat and comfortable enough to relax in. We also enjoy playing games as a family and they had a nice selection with ones we had never played and are now on our wishlist for home. Next, my mother is final stage Alzheimer’s and we try to take her to the beach at least once a year. She too loved this place! The views are unbeatable with dolphin and whale sightings almost daily as well as deer on the dunes multiple times. The amount of space allowed my niece with her infant daughter room to sleep and play on their schedule. Communication with Surf or Sound was exceptional as well. There was a big storm (lots of rain, wind gusts up to 66mph) while we were there, but we felt completely safe. My husband is in a wheelchair and thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub in the master bath on the top floor. We also relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed the stars above one night.
