Ritz Beaver Creek

2 bedroom residence with a fantastic location. Next to the Spa entrance and one floor from the lobby. Couldn’t be more convenient!

John is the best! Super responsive and helpful. He was able to give me a late check out on Sunday so we could ski and avoid traffic which is a total game changer for a quick weekend getaway. Will definitely book again.

Amazing Presidents Day Weekend

The property is incredible and the condo was exactly as described. We had a great time skiing and snowboarding. The service at this particular Ritz is extraordinary.

Overall a great stay, with a couple inconveniences

Overall the rooms and stay was great. The Ritz Carlton is an awesome hotel and the ski in ski out is a great amenity. The room itself was good and was comparable to when we’ve stayed at regular rooms at the Ritz. Having the kitchen was nice, however the lack of basics such as salt, pepper, oil made it tedious to do simple cooking and required us to buy these just for our short stay. Also, the dishwasher was inoperative. Luckily the housekeepers washed our dishes for us and the host was communicative regarding this. Another thing was the listing showed the room as including a washer and dryer, but this was locked behind the owners closet. Once we got the code and used it, it was a bit complicated to use and it didn't dry clothes very well. Took over 2.5 hours of drying to get a small load to an acceptable level of dryness. That being said these were minor inconveniences of an otherwise great stay. Thanks again.

Great for business too!

Excellent and well appointed unit. We used it for meeting space for a leadership forum. Very comfortable seating and plenty of room for our purposes. Excellent and attentive host.

Good Communication with Owner but Disappointing Stay

Communication with owner was easy/great but the Ritz maintains the unit. The highlights: at check in, it took us 2 1/2 hrs to access second bedroom although it was 8pm. The unit was filthy and smelled horribly; it took two days to clean it properly and no apology/communication from the Ritz. The unit owner was apologetic but there is nothing he could do. The owner's contact at the Ritz told me that she got my messages and she passed them along to the Ritz's staff. She also added that I booked with a third party not the Ritz. Basically, if you don't book directly with the hotel, you're out of luck. This was absolutely ridiculous the only reason I booked with unit owner is because I needed a washer/dryer. We have allergies and don’t want our clothes washed by the hotel. There wasn’t a significant price difference between vrbo & Ritz. I didn't bother the unit owner anymore since I couldn’t do anything so I went up the chair to complain – for god sake even the robes in the room were dirty and full of red stains. Afterward, the director of housekeeping apologized and made sure the unit was cleaned properly. As a way of an apology she offered us a couple’s message. At checked out, we realized the couple’s message charge was added to our bill. I’ve stayed at this Ritz few years before and I didn’t have any problem. I guess it’s either no longer as good as it used to be or you have to book directly with them to be treated properly – not sure which one.

Pre Christmas trip

67 runs open and less crowded. We had a nice time. February has more snow and more runs available but also more crowded. Room was fantastic.

Terrific stay

We had a terrific week at this property with our family. The unit was spacious for two adults and two kids and made our family ski trip very easy and pleasant. The ability to check-in at the hotel and utilize the ski concierge was particularly helpful and made for a seamless experience. The Ritz at Bachelor Gulch is incredible, with easy access to the ski lift and great restaurants. The owner was communicative and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Stayin @ the Ritz

Great property right in the middle of the skiing action. Was perfect for our skiers who walked out the front door and onto Lift 16. Had plenty to do for the non skiers with an easy shuttle ride to Beaver Creek village. Owner was great providing tips on restaurants and places to visit and responded quickly to our minor questions. Would book again in the future for sure.

Great VRBO at the Ritz

Suite is huge for our needs. 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms, living room and full kitchen right in the ritz. very comfortable. perfect for myself and 2 daughters for spring break.
