We (2 kids + parents) enjoyed our stay very much. We got an incredible room with a humongous balcony. Super service - the service you only get in these small family owned hotels. All-in-all we give our warmest recommendation!

My partner & I spent a week at Tunç Otel and we loved it. Although the room was small, it was very clean and comfortable. Lovely big pool with a bar and full Turkish breakfast everyday. Our host Alev was very sweet and helpfull.

Booked this for sister. So this is her review. This is family run motel kind property. Booked suite room. Excellent view from the private terrace attached to spacious room. We had to carry our luggage to top floor without assistance. Restaurants are at some distance from this property (about 1 to 1.5 Km away). Breakfast was good.

Tunc Hotel - overpriced and unremarkable
The hotel is about 2 km out of town. When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned. We found used shampoo bottles on the floor, pubic hairs around and on the toilet, and the trash hadn't been emptied. We informed the hotel staff, and they fixed it next morning. We changed rooms anyway, and there was a difference. The staff told us that the cleaners were fired in an effort to make us feel better somehow, which had the oppose effect. To our relief we later found that we were lied to, and the women responsible for cleaning were still around. The pool is big and very nice, open only from 11-19. The breakfast is basic, with lots of sugar (jams, chocolate etc.), bread, watermelon and olives, and not much else. Cleaning isn't done daily unless specifically requested. The rooms are basic. There is no cover, just pillows and sheets. The air conditioners we tried didn't always work, and both were loud enough to affect sleep. My impression is that this hotel should be much cheaper. It's not worth the price of 50 euro/night compared to other hotels of that price. It's more like 15 euro/night. The price is adapted to the competition, and we took the effort to look around, and the competition is generally better.

Es ist ein altes Hotel aber sehr sauber es riecht nach weisser Seife die Zimmer sind klein das Bad auch aber genüngt das Frühstücks Buffet ist reichhaltig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich vom Hotel gibt Busse mit denen man überall hinkommen kann

Très agréable
Super endroit qui ressemble d’avantage à une pension qu’à un hôtel. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très serviables. Les chambres sont propres et climatisées. Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit dans une chambre triple très confortable. La piscine est propre et le propriétaire a accepté de laisser les enfants jouer un quart d’heure après la fermeture car nous venions d’arriver et nous avions besoin de nous rafraîchir.

Ayvalık'ın hemen girişinde, güzel konumlanmış bir otel. Ağaçlar arasında doğanın keyfini yaşıyorsunuz. Odaların birçoğu müthiş bir şekilde deniz manzaralı, insan huzur doluyor. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, dilerseniz otel içerisinde ücretini ödeyerek başka bir şeylerde yiyebilirsiniz. Havuzu ve odaları temizdi ve otelin genel iç tasarımı otantikti hoşuma gitti. Genel olarak belki otele biraz bakım yapılması gerekebilir (kapılar vs.). Otelde otopark problemi yok. Sarımsaklı plajına ve Cunda adasına aracınızda 5-10 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. Otel sahipleri Alev Hanım ve eşi oldukça şirin insanlar, bir gün kalmamıza rağmen samimi bir diyalog kurduk. Fiyatı da makul seviyede. Denemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Şirin butik otel, içerde dekoratif amaçlı değişik totemler mevcut, konaklama dışındaki imkanlar ücretli. İkramlar az. Sarımsaklı plajına araç veya toplu taşımayla gidilebilir. Restoranlara ve ilçe merkezine de araç veya toplu taşıma ile gidilebilir. Yürüyerek denize gidilebilir fakat orada yüzülmüyor. Otantik bir otel isteyenler için uygun yer.

Otel konumu itibariyle çok huzurlu ve rahatlatıcı. Temmuz'da klima açmadan uyuyabildik. Yatakları rahattı. Gayet ilgili ve anlayışlı işletmecileri var. Fiyat kalite performansı olarak yüksek diyebilirim. Tesis biraz eski tabi, ama bakımsız değil, temizlik de iyiydi. Ayvalık'a yine gelsem tekrar kalırım kesinlikle.

Super Hotel für wenig Geld, sehr sauber , super Personal immer freundlichen. Das Frühstück sehr wechselhaft und lecker . Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist das der Pool von 11.00 -19.00 Uhr offen ist ansonsten top . Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen für große Familien.
