I wish to single out 2 of your employees which led me to give this property 5 stars across the board. 1) At check-in, Chris was totally awesome. I could tell that he was eating his supper, but when he saw me, he could care less about his food. I, the customer, was the only thing that mattered to him. Splendid customer service, Chris, and it was apparent he cares about his customers. 2) The same thing goes for Zakiya. The night before I checked out, I had some trouble with the heat in my room. At check-out, Zakiya apologized (not her fault) and took down the room number & issue and said she would get maintenance to look at it. ***Thank you, Chris. Thank you, Zakiya. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn!!! :)

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was just as I remembered, outstanding. The hotel is centrally located near shopping, entertainment, and Raleigh. It has quick access to the highway while still being set back which give you a safe and comfortable feeling. Great place to stay in Cary.
