Stayed in a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom beautiful suite. The pool is quiet and clean. Had an amazing massage! The rooftop bar has the best view of the river and the bridge. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Big shout at to Claudia. "Check in staff were lovely, food and drinks were a constant challenge with minimal customers and staff feeling overwhelmed. Seemed more concerned with polishing glasses than looking after people. Food was amazing once received. Room was dated and bathroom not very clean, very mouldy. "

"The staff were great and the hotel was generally nice. The AC wasn't working for the first few days of our stay and the staff did relocate us to another room which was slightly cooler. The indoor pool was also nice but we had to pay 5 euros each to use it and had to purchase swimming caps for 5 euros too. Location is 45min-1 hour form Porto and that journey got a bit arduous every day. The local area around the hotel is a bit dead but there's a decent outlet mall about 15 mins away."

"Rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Staff is helpful and friendly. Dining for anytime of the day is delicious with many options. Close to the airport and with just a call you can get picked up immediately. The best!"

"Este hotel que está cercano al aeropuerto y lo utilizo para salir temprano, y me alojo en una habitación cerca por donde pasa el tren y no deja dormir de noche.
Por otro lado, cuando salimos a las 5de la mañana, por una puerta giratoria, me caí por unas escaleras que están inmediatas con las maletas y mantienen cerrada la otra puerta que es más segura para salir con las otras maletas. Lo bueno es que tiñen shuttle que te llevan al aeropuerto."
