“The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location. However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening...

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage ist optimal, der schöne Strand Playa de Jardin ist fussläufig erreichbar. Loropark direkt gegenüber. Wunderbare Aussicht von der Sonnenterasse, täglich Meerwasserpool fast allein nutzbar. Großzügige Räume, bequeme Betten. Leider keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme, aber online waren Netflix & Co. möglich. Sehr netter Vermieter bzw. Eigentümer. Volle Punktzahl!”

“La visita a las Canarias y ,en especial, a Tenerife era un viaje que queríamos hacer desde siempre y ha podido ser ahora. Hemos disfrutado de la isla desde el norte hasta el sur y todo nos ha gustado. La casa de Roberto es impresionante porque tiene de todo para hacer que te sientas cómodo. La ubicación es fantástica y, además, el garaje viene muuuuy bien porque es difícil encontrar aparcamiento. Todo de diez.”

“We enjoyed two nights here. Nice apartment, with modern interior and design, small balcony and good features (like laundry). Clean and cozy. Best part was the owner giving us much advice for the go’s and do’s, even called us taxi. Only recommendation would be to improve bathroom for better shower door to hold the water, tap and ventilation. All in all, would recommend this apartment. Close enough to main street and centre, and tram. Can walk to both even though not really next door.”
