Built in 1980 and renovated in 2020, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and practically furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire area, courtyard and jetty.

On a riverside road, directly across from the water. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
