"This is one of thr places where you can book online and pay through debit and still stay at the hotel. Yes they prefer credit cards but they do deal with debit with $200 hold which i felt was fair enough considering you have a hold on credit cards too. The service was fast, efficient and the front desk was very helpful even though we came in at 9:10 pm. The rooms are clean and very wide, which i felt was very nice. The hotel is more or less quiet with few guests and decent ones too. Nothing sketchy and a handyl of restaurants along with shoppers drug mart and some recreational centres nearby."
"Clean eventhough they were doing renovations. Staff was efficient and welcoming. The pool was amazing and family oriented. Have already recommened this hotel to family."

"The breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel breakfast. The lady running it was friendly and courteous. My wife is gluten free and the options she brought out were excellent.
Our car has a shattered sunroof and is only 7 months old (don’t buy a Mercedes Benz and especially from downtown Mercedes Calgary)
And the hotel had secure covered parking!!"
"4 staff at the front desk and only 1 was helped me all the while she was helping her co-workers standing next to her help another person. Like why have 4 staff in the front when only 1 would help? Plus the a/c in the room we got did not work. It was hot and humid in there."

"Very clean, owner quickly responsive to any questions we had. Lots of room and comfortable beds for the 6 adults staying. Good location as Regina is easy to get around. Great ice cream and coffee shop steps away and groceries and other amenities within 5 min drive."
"The property itself is small, which is not a problem. However, some of the furniture still had plastic wrap on it, and the location smelt strongly of smoked cigarettes, and our lunges and eyes started to sting after a few hours of exposure. It's a nice place otherwise, and the host was very quick to communicate."
"Girl at reception was very nice and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and quiet and bed was comfortable. Good value for money and will definitely return.
