“No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite……

“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

“It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. ”

“Johanne was a great host and communicated very well. The three of us were very comfortable. The apartment is larger than it appeared in the photos and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed, shower and kitchen were all great. The area is full of good restaurants and convenient for grocery stores and access to metro and trains and walking distance to the harbour and many of the wonderful sights of Copenhagen. The three flights of stairs up to the apartment might be a bit steep if……

“Throughout our stay in the apartment, our stay has been pretty great. The air con provided definitely helped very much against the surprisingly hot weather. The blackout curtains and comfy beds assisted us to have a restful stay. The bathroom and kitchen areas were pretty good with the stove being well-functional.
