Co's Corner is an easy walk to the ballpark. The property is excellent. Clean and quiet. We especially enjoyed the second floor patio. Management was friendly, courteous and attentive. There is plenty of parking and close to stadiums.This place does not sleep 6\. Our host refunded portion due to lack of heat. The hot water only last for about 15 minutes before it needs to reset so showering is limited if your group is more than 1 or 2\. Also, you should bring your own linens like towels and blankets. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance but the location is also very close to a charm city circulator stop which can take you pretty much anywhere in the city. Quick note that if you’re a light sleeper, the neighbors and emergency vehicles are very loud all night.
