The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bandol, this charming apartment with 300 meters of the beach, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 34 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m² equipped with a sofa bed absolutely new, quality and very comfortable, a loggia, an open kitchen equipped, a bedroom and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A loggia serving as a dining room.
- A living room of 16 m² with TV and sofa bed (double 160×200) of the brand Poltrone&Sofa.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Common exterior :
- A swimming pool (not heated), secured, reserved for residents, open from May 15 to the end of September between 8H30 and 21H.
- A magnificent luxuriant garden

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Bandol, in a very pleasant environment within a secured residence, close to the sea and the beach of Barry at 300 meters as well as that of Renecros at 500 meters. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
- Beaches, sea walks, nautical activities (boat trips, scuba diving...).
- Stroll along the coastal path, departure at 300 meters towards Port d'Alon.
- Visits to Les Embiez, Porquerolles, the creeks of Cassis and Marseille.
- Golf, tennis, bowling, cycling, hiking, casinos.
- Visit of wine cellars.
- Back country with its Provencal villages, the high var or the Gorges du Verdon.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking outside with numbered place (one vehicle).

As for the other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bandol train station located at about 12 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Toulon airport located at about 40 minutes by car or Marseille at about 1H04 by car.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
