It is located just 6 km from the highway of Andalucía Madrid Cádiz (kilometer point 288). Accommodation located in the old town, very close to the Town Hall Square, millenary Bury Alhamma Castle and San Mateo Church. Restored in 2008, it preserves part of the elements of the farmhouse (main door, sleepers, well with protection, water trough ... It consists of two floors: \- The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, decorated with old chefs; a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a window "passes dishes" to the living room. From the kitchen we can access a laundry room with washing machine included and a patio with river Chinese soil typical of the time, on which rest an old trough and a well with protection; in a corner, the barbecue with table and garden chairs. On this floor there is also a toilet with light to the patio. \-Access to the upper floor by means of a traditional mud staircase. We are located in a small hallway from which three bedrooms with heating and air conditioning leave. One with sloping ceilings with a wooden roof equipped with two 90 x 1.90 cm beds (latex), and patio lighting; a second bedroom with a bed of 90 x 1.90cm (latex) with light to the street and the third with a double bed and light to the street. Hemos pasado el fin de semana del 23 al 25 de noviembre en este alojamiento un grupo de 5 amig@s y 2 perros. Destacar por un lado el trato de M.José, muy profesional pero cercano. En cuanto a la casa, está súper limpia, es cómoda y funcional y tienes todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La decoración rústica y con encanto. Las camas muy cómodas y la tranquilidad para dormir se agradece, aún estando en pleno casco histórico del municipio. La ubicación de la casa está genial, a pocos metros de un aparcamiento público. Baños de la Encina es un pueblo con mucha arquitectura para ver y con unas calles con encanto para pasear. También recomendamos hacer la ruta de senderismo que bordea el embalse. Nosotros hemos disfrutado de la casa y el pueblo a partes iguales, recomendamos este alojamiento al 100%. A quien vaya con mascotas, decir que se agradece las facilidades que pone M.José para llevarlas, no suele ser así en otros alojamientos. Pasamos cuatro días estupendamente, se agradece encender la chimenea en este tiempo para estar a gusto en el salon, las habitaciones muy limpias y calefacción estupenda, los enseres que tiene son suficientes para una buena estancia, el pueblo acogedor y tranquilo, las personas de información y turismo muy agradables y competentes, no dejar de visitar la Ermita del Cristo del LLano. La dueña encantadora, muy fácil contactar con ella. La casa está muy bien distribuida. Limpísima. Casa de piedra por fuera, nuevísima por dentro. Está genial situada para visitar el pueblo. Una persona que te pone cómoda y con humor. Segundo, una casa limpia y organizada como nunca lo pude ver en años de alquiler de casas rurales. Creo que con estos criterios se merece totalmente su plaza en una pagina como la de Toprural famosa por su calidad de prestaciones. Tercero, un precio totalmente respetuoso de los clientes. Aconsejo esta casa para cualquier que busque seriedad, tranquilidad, bienestar y que quiera visitar un pueblo precioso como Baños de la Encina. Una casa acondicionada para pasar los peores calores de este mes de recors de temperatura! Unas habitaciones preciosas con aire acondicionado. Una cocina con todo lo necesario, un salón y comedor muy agradable en el que no le hace falta aire acondicionado (sólo un ventilador de techo) debido a la construcción antigua con ventanales en toda la casa de doble cristal y un precioso patio. La recomiendo con toda sinceridad porque hay que ayudar a mantener esta casa rural y de hecho este tipo de alojamiento. Es evidente que volveré a este lugar tan acogedor y tan cuidadito. Ojala fueran todos como este. Creo que no bastaba con decir que era algo fuera de lo común tenía que justificarme porque se lo merece! Jan 2, 2016 #### casa ideal para conocer Baños y su entorno Casa muy limpia y María José la propietaria muy amable. La casa está muy bien situada. Tiene muy cerca la oficina de turismo donde organizan visitas al castillo, iglesia, casco histórico y a los museos del pueblo. Además, desde el mismo pueblo parten dos senderos muy interesantes.
