One thing that's not mentioned in the add is the owner lives on site. But he was pleasant and didn't bother us. Our dog was allowed and he would let us know when he let his out. So no problems with the animals. It was a good stay! ”

“This is our first experience renting from a vrbo and we were impressed! Edwin's Evergreen Suite was comfy cozy and clean. Excellent price point as well. Upon realizing that the couch is a futon bed we were also impressed that it could accommodate easily another guest if needed and it had a mini fridge too in addition to the K-Cup coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this to others visiting the area. It was 20 minutes in every direction from our places of interest that we went to this……

"Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality."
