It is a beautifully preserved example of Norman architecture and we felt very privileged to stay there . Gisela is a very responsive and helpful host who provides lots of information about restaurants and places to visit locally . Teggiano is a delightful town and we hope to be able to return to the Castle . Definitely highly recommend . Thank you Gisela "

"Loved our stay here! Teresa’s place was stylish, personable, convenient, beautiful, cozy, authentic and welcoming. The view was amazing and breakfast superb. Teresa was an excellent host - she communicated so well and arranging everything for us even though it was a last-minute booking. Just the art in the place is worth coming for. "Communication was a real problem. I wonder if staff were discouraged from trying to understand English. My Italian came from Google translate and even that was a disaster. Staff generally not friendly or helpful. Did not offer to assist bags up or down the hotel steps for guests in their senior years. WiFi practically useless. Kept dropping out
