We found the listing on Expedia and, based on the description and photos, decided to consider it. The listing clearly provided a phone number for inquiries, so we called the number expecting assistance. However, the woman who answered repeatedly stated that she was in Canada and claimed she wasn’t responsible for the property. Instead of helping us, she simply referred us to someone else without giving proper contact details or clarification. Despite the confusion, we managed to locate the property. When we arrived, we were shocked by the condition of the place. It was completely different from what was shown online — poorly maintained, unwelcoming, and not suitable for guests. It felt entirely misrepresented on your platform. We didn’t even step inside to stay. We simply turned around and left immediately. This experience was not only a waste of our time and effort, but also incredibly unprofessional. We had trusted Expedia to provide verified and trust"

"The place is conveniently located in relation to the places we intended to visit. It is clean and well-maintained. There no establishments around but the hotel has an in-house restaurant and breakfast is included. Take note that there are no elevators so request for a first floor room if you have mobility issues. The wifi is strong, check-in was a breeze except when I reminded the front desk of our pets. I requested a pet-friendly room via Expedia, but didn’t receive acknowledgement from the hotel. During check-in, the staff told me there is a pet fee. The hotel’s Expedia page explicitly states “Pets stay free,” and I proceeded to show them their own listing. The issue didn’t go any further, but I’d like the hotel to update their page if it is indeed their policy to have a pet fee."
