"This is quiet, luxurious hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was lovely, the bath a spa level experience. The restaurant on site offered a lovely meal of the day lunch/arly dinner menu. There is a fine dining restaurant that we did not have time to try, but plan ahead for reservations. The rooftop pool is sizable and pleasant with towels and a small bar available for drinks. We were in the middle of a 12 day trip and needed to do some laundry and had access to the condo building attached to do that. It was very much appreciated. The hotel sits on traffic circle on the bus line. Pleasant, clean buses with a practical schedule made it easy to get in and out of town without taxi's and Ubers. 10-12 min ride into town. We attended a concert at the Reale stadium and took the bus in but walked back. It was about 2 miles and slightly up hill but large group of the crowd was doing the same so it was enjoyable late in the evening when there was little other traffic. We could have waited for a bus but chose not to. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quiet luxury away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area in town. "

"The hotel is in one of the best spot for a view of the beach, mountains and to a lesser extent part of the city. It situated at the top mountain, don’t bother trying to walk up and down the mountain regularly as it’s about a 40 minute. Drive, taxi or take the funicular train up and get discount as you’ll be a resident of the hotel. There is a number 16 bus that we did not try. The hotel bar food was good enough. The outside bar lounge was great for day views and sunset. We had misty night where we in the clouds and could not see a thing but was one of those funny moments. Hotel staff help us phone and communicate in Spanish when our car had a puncture and had to get it recovered. We had a see view room with a small balcony which was lovely. Note that this hotel shares the same ground as the small amusement park that gets plenty of visitors as we could see them posing for the best photo spot in San Sebastián in my opinion. Note once you get to the bottom of the mountain it’s about a 30-45 minute walk to the old town. We did not try the hotel restaurant or pool as we’re at the beach and old town every day. The non-smart tv had the back enclosed so we couldn’t connect a iPad or laptop to it."

"Lovely hotel in a very nice location. Away from the old town but nice neighbourhood which js very close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the funicular which takes you to Mount Igueldo. Lots of shops and cafes around and also made me feel safe all the time. The hotel also has an on site coffee shop and bar-restaurant which is very convenient. Room was clean and nicely decorated though the bathroom was a little small. I was given one of the rooms with a balcony which I appreciated and it allowed me to get a wonderful view of the local neighbourhood celebrating the summer solstice with a bonfire and music. It was quite noisy but also a highlight of my trip! Staff were incredibly friendly and I would definitely stay here again."
