"The hotel is in a pretty central location, it’s pretty close to Hopson One mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. The air conditioning units are abysmal and no matter how low you set it, the temperature in my room was averaged between 21°-23° the six nights I spent there even with the AC set at 17°. Staff are kind however they do not speak any English as advertised. It took an unsuccessful phone call, a visit to the front desk, two translation apps and three employees to answer...

"Stayed in this hotel every time when visiting family in Beijing since 2019 (not 2021 to 2022). they have 2 bedrooms option which is excellent for my family, with friendly staffs and breakfast buffet, what else could i ask for more. strongly recommend this Holiday Inn for family trip. only thing is it a little far from city center. "The hotel has good amenities and the front desk staff tried their best. The area around it was pretty rough by the standard of Beijing. The area was noisy and had a ton of drunk people loitering around especially at night. The housekeeping staff was on the aggressive and overzealous side of things. Cleanliness could be better. The shower was semi-clogged and drained poorly. The hotel seems to discount unsold rooms at night and this tend to bring in a loud party goer style crowd after...

"Einfach nur eine dreckige Umgebung! Hoteöeingang sehr dreckig. Die Zimmer habe ich nie gesehen. Habe über paypall gezahlt aber als ich im Hotel angekommen bin wurde mir gesagt das es keine Buchung gibt. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und konnte nur Chinesisch sprechen. Sie waren wütend das wir nicht noch mal ein neues Zimmer gebucht haben (für mehr Geld) und wollten unsere Pässe behalten.
