Everything was good. The only thing I didn't like was the fact housekeeping never once came into my room the six days I was there even though I requested at the front desk for them to do so.They never came in to make my bed, give me more towels, empty trash, nothing. I even mentioned it to the front desk but no one ever came in. I also didn't like the fact that my room smelled like cigarette smoke which I reported to the front desk and had one of the front desk staff members to come check it out. They said they didn't smell it but gave me some air freshener to keep and use. Otherwise I liked the room, it was clean, it was quite, it was convenient to food options around. I felt safe. I received an email from Expedia that I could ask for my romm to be cleaned daily upon request which I did to the front desk but they stated that wasn't their policy and would contact Expedia to discuss. But they still should have cleaned my room at least one day that I was there but they did not even though they agreed to do so. Other than that I did like my stay. It was close to the highway, close to Lifetime gym, food places close.

Everything around town was within a 30 minute Uber ride except for the Mall of America which is connected by walkway. So convenient with direct access to the mall, public transportation, a great restaurant and bar, and a free airport shuttle.

We love the Graduate Hotel. Stayed here many times and keep coming back. The only knock this time was they are replacing the A/C system so we had a window A/C unit that kicked the power out multiple times. But they had lemonade and ice cream treats available all weekend in exchange for the inconvenience. But by now, the new A/C system should be in and the hotel will be all for the better!
