Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was always someone behind the front desk and house keeping was very friendly and available to assist me with any request. The maintenance workers were very responsive and knowledgeable and the customer service was exceptional. I was always met with a smile and never felt like my needs were unimportant. All of my requests weather it was about my room or parking or payment options were always met in a professional way. I would recommend that anyone that is needing a quality retreat for a great price to stay here at the newly renovated Key Inn of Roseville.

I'm pretty used to like Holiday Inn suites but this room was also prob $100 less. Issues: Elevator was disgusting with dried fluids on walls. Rooms have plastic plank flooring. Sink didn't drain in bathroom. There were two usable outlets in the room, one of which we had to move the bed to get to. The outlets barley had enough tension to hold the plug in the wall. It was deffinately good enough to check in at 1am and out at 9am like we did and for $90 bucks, it was hard to argue.

The price is really not bad for a bed and shower. You can't complain. Overall it's good. I would sleep here again.

Very dirty and poor facility

Bed was very comfortable. Reviews will vary wildly because part of the motel has been re modeled. However our room was terrible. Very dirty. The tub looked like they got it from the trash. Carpet was very very dirty. Staff was very nice and helpful. My daughter is going to college in this area and we are looking for a place to stay when we go up there monthly. This is crossed off our list
