"The room was clean and nicely updated. There was a fridge and microwave. My shower was perfect - lots of hot water. The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast they offered was more generous than just a "continental" breakfast! They had waffles, fresh breads and bagels, cereals, teas and coffee. Fresh apples. Too bad there wasn't any gluten-free item that I could eat. Still, i appreciated that there was a thoughtful presentation of foods, and plenty of variety. You know what else was nice? The plants in the lobby! Nice touch. Someone was really caring for them, adn they looked healthy and great!"

It is in a wild and beautiful part of the state where exploring kept our interest for a week. We often came home early just to enjoy the patio with its firepit and hot tub. "The Cabin was clean and spacious. Perfect for a couple. The outdoor space was private and we enjoyed a nice camp fire with the wood provided. We were close to the Elk Visitors Center. Saw the Elk heard twice at the Viewing Area during our stay. We will stay there again next time we visit Benezette. Highly recommend the Hillbilly Hilton."
