Beautiful apartment with pools in Gemelos 26

Enjoy this spacious apartment ideal for families in Rincón de Loix, just over 5 minutes from the beach, with an outdoor pool and heated swimming pool.



The apartment is located on the 17th floor of the Gemelos 26 building (tower 2) and has capacity for 4 people. It consists of a living-dining room, glazed terrace with views of the sea and the swimming pool, kitchen, gallery, bathroom and bedroom.



The dining room has a sofa bed for two people as it converts into two single beds.



The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and ceramic hob, and has access to a gallery with a sink and washing machine.



The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

In addition, there is WiFi and air conditioning through ducts.

It also has an underground parking space in the building.



The community facilities are amazing: with a large swimming pool, indoor pool, tennis and paddle courts, and a play area for the little ones, perfect for families. It even has an exercise area for senior people.

The apartment is located on Derramador Street, 10 minutes walking from our office and very close to Mediterranean Avenue.
