Unfortunately, our stay at Blue Line Apartment Hotel was disappointing. I accidentally made the reservation for one person. Even though the apartment was large enough to comfortably accommodate my family, the receptionist charged extra for me and my children instead of showing any understanding or trying to help. We also later noticed that the prices on the hotel’s website and the BeHotel app were lower, so we felt that we had paid more than necessary. The staff’s attitude was also disappointing. When we asked for some salt, our children were spoken to in a rude manner. Throughout our stay, the staff showed little willingness to help or resolve our concerns. The location was not as convenient as we expected. The hotel has no direct access to the beach, and the pool is quite small and insufficient for the number of guests. Overall, we did not feel welcome, and the level of customer service was far below our expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.
