### LOS RANCHOS BLUELINE R029

Flat for rent in Benidorm, in a building located on the first line of Levante beach.   
  
It has 79 m2 built, distributed in 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, living-dining room, terrace, fully equipped independent kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms. From the living-dining room, you access the terrace, a very pleasant space in the home to eat outdoors with beautiful sea views.   
  
The apartment has a communal parking area, is completely renovated and remains fully furnished, ready to move in. It has an excellent location, with all services around and just a step away from Av. Europa, one of the most well-known avenues in Benidorm.   
  
Levante beach is, perhaps, one of the most well-known beaches in all of Europe. It is an urban beach over 2 kilometres long that runs between Punta Pinet and Punta Canfali. An extension of fine and golden sand is bathed by the calm waters of the Mediterranean and, thanks to its orientation, it is possible to sunbathe until well into the afternoon.   
  
Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45\. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
