PROS: The building is exactly as described. Neat and clean, great views. Water pressure in bathroom was better. Hot water ran, even though some comments here said they had issues with hot water. The amenities that was great were the towels and the room. Also security deposit came back to my CC in 7 days.
A tip for the management, buy an under sink rack, it's like $15 and arrange the items in the bathroom sink closet. It looked a mess
CONS: My problem was WIFI. It never worked. Before I got there, the team responded well but after I got there, it was a hassle getting someone on the phone.
I kept following up on the Wi-Fi issue, they said they will send someone. No one came, On the eve of my my last day there, they said they remotely reset the wifi. No change until I left there.
And because it's a high rise, you don't get good network on your phone either, so you are dependent on the wifi that basically does not work. I had to go down 39 floors with the elevator of course, to make calls or send emails. It's a great place absolutely, but forget working from here or making calls. Just enjoy the views.😂

Did not see a check in time when booking the property. During the communication for check in details, I stated I would be checking in at 2pm. It was then I was told check in was not until 4. There is an option for late check out, but not an option to pay for early check in. The building was also extremely busy at all hours if the day, with 1 of the 3 elevators out of order twice in 12 hours. The average wait time for an elevator was 10 mins, up or down. Other than these two minor inconveniences, the property was suitable. LOVED how secure the building and underground parking was. Overall, would book again.

Everything was great clean place , close to shopping areas , polite staff, but the hotel should mention even before booking that there was construction in the building. I was woken up at about 5:30 am by loud noise from construction it was like earthquake. I mentioned to the front desk on my check out and they didn’t care , and it is very disappointing.
