"Nice new hotel. Our room was nice with a loft. No wall separation for show. Biggest issue was NO AC so very hot! No TV if that’s an issue. Free parking and beautiful views. Hotel staff nice but restaurant staff was slow and not as pleasant as prices suggested. i would stay again but not in the summer. "

"We came here to do a little business and see our friends in Salzburg. It had a 10 out of 10 rating and it does NOT disappoint. It has a nice little gym, a pool that when empty is a fine lap pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with amazing hiking trails and views of the mountains . I wish we had time to get a massage or other services but too busy and chose the electric bikes instead. You can even bike into the town of Bad Reichenhall which has great shopping (Juhausz!)…. Love this place."

"Alex and Iris were so kind, they gave us recommendations for great local restaurants on arrival. They were also incredibly attentive, making sure our room had everything we needed. We would recommend their B&B to anyone visiting Salzburg! Very easy walk to Old Town which made for excellent/convenient exploring. "

"Everything was more than perfect. The host made us feel at home. All is very adaptable for people with reduced mobility. The showers especially were very well adapted for seniors. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless. If we needed anything more the host was always able to provide. Walking distance to pharmacy, grocery store, etc. I highly recommend this stay."

"This is a classic hotel- I love this type! Not for everyone I must stress but all is old school and great! Location perfect and breakfast really nice and well done. "
"Actually staying at their sister Hotel, Hotel Alpina Ros. This is a terrific hotel, they have been most accommodating and we couldn’t be happier.
Terrific room in their “apartment” and a tremendous morning breckfast."
"Best staff in the world. Best breakfast in the world. Amazing views in a 360 degree circumference. I’ve traveled a lot and for a premium hotel experience there is no place I’d rather go than the Kempinski In Berchtesgaden. Be nice to the staff and you will be rewarded. I’ve been here a few times and will be going back for a longer stay next time. Only hotel in the world that my wife and I don’t want to leave. "
