ParkHotel has a great space for amenities like Swimming pool, Wellness areas and is also very well connected to the Public Transport. However as the Staff could only converse in German, tourists and international travellers do find difficulty communicating and have to rely on co-travellers for translation and support.

Great place to relax in after your Baltic holiday or do small day trips around Ruegen. Would be easier to reach if you have a car. The rooms are huge and well-appointed. Dining options within the premises are really good. Can recommend.

Find another hotel. Food sucks.

Really unattractive dinnerbuffet. Staff turned away a couple who had not made a reservation even if there was lots of empty tables. They were the lucky ones, because the grill dinner buffet was so lousy. We stayed 10 nights in different hotels on this trip and this hotel was very much below the standard of the other hotels. No aircon even if they have recently upgraded the hotel. Come on. There has been heatwaves for the last many summers. The staff when checking in was also very indifferent to us. We did not feel welcome at all. Compared to all the nine other hotels we stayed at they could really need to up their game. Maybe there is too little competition in the area and they take guests for granted?

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und obwohl es den Blick auf eine Straße zusammen mit der Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz hatte, war es sehr ruhig. Das Empfangspersonal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dadurch das wir als Familie mit der Bahn angereist sind kann ich zur Parkplatzsituation nichts sagen, schaut jedoch so aus das ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Die Bahnhofsnähe (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg) fand ich ebenfalls sehr begrüßenswert. Vom Hotel aus kommt man schnell zum Marktplatz, zu einer wundervollen kleinen Rösterei (Springer Kaffeerösterei Rügen) oder auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe und Edeka. Das Hotel bietet außerdem einen kleinen Wellnessbereich mit Außenpool, Sauna und Ruhebereich an. Das Frühstücksbuffett war vielfältig und absolut ausreichend. Auch hier war das Personal blickig, freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel ist einfach sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr schön das Personal sehr freundlich und Frühstück und Restaurant sind auch zu empfehlen.
