Location is good with easy access to subway and many close by restaurants.Well equipped kitchen (microwave would have been nice for heating up takeout) and comfortable living room. Comfortable beds with cozy duvets.It is streetside and there is a good amount of noise from people walking by the bedroom windows but that usually settled down during the night. Did not keep us awake.Communication was stellar. We had some small issues with the shower and the coffee maker. They were resolved on the same day.
