Delightful hotel in the rural area of Bicester. We were pleasantly greeted and the room was exceptionally clean and modern. Lovey power shower and a comfortable bed with in-room amenities including a safe and a capsule coffee machine. The room itself overlooked a beautiful garden and lawn area. Dining options looked nice with options for non-veg and vegetarians. Bicester shopping village and the village centre is only 5 minutes away by car and, similarly, links to the M40 motorway. All in all a great stay with tremendous customer care.

This hotel is so lovely. Very clean and modern. Very comfortable room. We had dinner which was ok but the staff couldn’t have been more eager to please.

Evening meal v good. Room cold on arrival as no heating on. Room lighting poor. No light over sink for shaving/applying makeup. Outside needs tidying generally. Could be much better with some thought in order to make a better experience.

From start to finish was excellent. Friendly, professional check-in, great staff in bar and restaurant and the place itself, food and drinks were all brilliant. Rooms were very comfortable, nice touches with good coffees and toiletries. Decent size rooms, nice outlook from window, We will definitely return

A Beautiful Oasis 5 mins Bicester Village
Lovely hotel, very clean and modern contemporary. Staff everywhere were wonderful. Tucked away in a very quiet location with views over countryside yet just 5 min drive to Bicester Village. Beautiful outdoor areas sadly too wet and cold for us to use. Restaurant was very good, food excellent service impeccable and reasonably priced. Special thanks to Rosie in particular. Would most certainly return.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff both in reception and the restaurants. Full English Breakfast was superb and it is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

The hotel is quite nice but the service is not good, zero flexibility and absence of a receptionist. They serve breakfast between 7 and 10 AM but I had to leave at 7.15 to go to work, so I asked if I could have some breakfast at 6.50. Before even checking, the receptionist said that it was not possible. When I checked out in the morning at 7 nobody was at reception and nowhere to be found. Also, the evening of my stay the brasserie was closed even though I received a “welcome” email on the same day talking about the food served at the brasserie. Around the hotel there is literally nothing so I asked the receptionist what to do, she said to order Uber Eats and that she would have provided a tray and cutlery. Uber Eats in that area has literally nothing decent to offer, had to order some fast food and when it arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was again nowhere to be found so no tray and cutlery.

We did contact all of our guests via email or telephone to notify them that our restaurant would be closed for this particular date due to essential work being carried out. Nice hotel! Love it! No aircon but there is fan and you can open the window! The air is quite fresh and cold at night so you surely won’t need an aircon. Great bed too! Heated bathroom! Awesome!
