"Our stay at the Babington House could not have been better. From booking the house to the end of our family vacation, the process was straightforward and communication with Robert was the best. He responded immediately to every question we had. We even asked for a favor the during our stay and he graciously agreed even though it was more effort on his part. The home was just as described and every detail was was explained in writing so we knew exactly what to expect. The house was super clean and everything worked perfectly. The ice machine was very useful. Four full bathrooms made it really easy for all of us to clean-up after a day on the beach. Walking out the door and down the walkway to the private beach was super easy. The pool made it extra fun for the kids who were too young to spend all day at the beach. We enjoyed a special treat when a nest of sea turtles hatched and made their way down to the water. This was the best VRBO experience we have had to date and the whole family agreed that they would love to visit again. Thank you, Robert!"

"Great location and large decks with a lot of seating area. House was well equipped. It was the best equipped kitchen that I have seen in my 10 years of renting on Holden! Nice long private walkway to the beach. Large living space. Exceptionally clean. Not noted in the write up was that there is an extra fridge, beach chairs, beach toys and 2 bikes in the storage area. This house is perfect for a large group. "

"From beginning to end the rental company was in constant contact with us! I had an amazing experience with them. Even on Thursday they had arranged an Ice Cream Truck to visit all the rentals. Very nice touch!! They gave us excellent dinner recommendations. As for the house top notch we had never been to Holden Beach and we all fell in love with the quite tranquil setting. We are definitely coming back was a beautiful beach and the house was nicely located on the beach so everyone could enjoy both the views as well as the beach access. "Easy to find and access the keys. Lovely setting and much wildlife to view in the marsh. Deer, spoon bills, egrets, etc. Neighborhood dock is available on the Intercoastal Waterway for fishing and those who have boats or kayaks like us. Kitchen is lovely and well equipped and part of an overall lovely open living and dining room. "
