"The staff at Hotel Europark were fantastic. We checked in very late, but we were greeted by a friendly staff member who was able to help us into our room promptly. Overall, the facilities were clean. Our room did have a slight smell, which is why I can't give it a complete 5 stars, but it was clean otherwise. I also liked that we were in a room that didn't face the street as it was nice and quiet (of course, there wasn't a view outside the window but we didn't mind that). The location is great. There are so many lovely cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance."

"Nice hotel but it’s not five star luxury. No concierge to help. No restaurant for dinner. Roof bar closes by 6 pm but sunset is after 8 pm. Also you can head the rumble of the subway tram below the building even on the third floor. "

"The hotel is situated in an excellent, central location and the rooftop terrace view was out of this world! The breakfast was exceptional…12/10! Saying that, couldn’t ever reach front desk, mould in the shower (ceiling and floor) and the paint was peeling in the shower, water sprays on the floor despite efforts to guide the shower head, and there were no face cloths. Lastly, only one English Channel on the tv and the light by the door is in the way when trying to open it for fresh air."

"Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork."

"The Hoxton is ideally located in Barcelona. It is close to shopping, the beach and many other activities. The staff is congenial and helpful and speaks English. Well they made my time they’re very comfortable."

"The checkin process was straightforward and we were allowed to leave bags before checkin time. However, the staff didn't provide any information on what's included, what facilities like pool are available and when to access them or what attraction is nearby. For example 2 bottles of water were included, but we weren't informed that minibar was included in the room price. There was a huge festival going on in front of the hotel, we saw it once we reached our room. The staff didn't mention it when we specifically asked about nearby attractions. Bathroom had no fittings at all to hang towels and/ or clothes. Location is a bit outside the city centre also more than an hour away from airport using public transport so something to consider when making travel plans. The ac kept resetting temperature for some reason all night, so room tended to be warmer than preferred. Other than that the hotel is clean, looks well maintained, has great mattresses. "
