The space:
The apartment is located in a band new building, just a 2 minute walk to UAB Hospital and Children's hospital. Just 1 block from the Red Mountain Theater. The apartment is a cozy spot for your weekend getaway or long term stay with tons within walking distance. Can't get more conveniently located!
Guest access
Guests will enter the building with a digital key, get a key fob from a lockbox inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door. A guidebook will be sent with information on the day of check-in.

No parking is available at the building. In the guidebook suggestions of free and paid areas to park will be provided. If staying more than 28 nights parking can be provided if requested.

If for whatever reason the elevator is not working, guests understand they must access the property via stairs. Listing is on the 5th floor.

The room/studio was very clean and tidy. I don’t know if I would call it a complaint, but I thought it would be equipped with laundry detergent and there was none. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Studio Apartment

This is a beautiful studio apartment. It had everything we needed. The lobby is gorgeous and it smells great. The host Sarah provided detailed check-in instructions. Parking was available on the street near the building so that was great. The only negative is my husband and I didn't sleep much at all. We were on the 5th floor and could hear every vehicle that went by all night, as well as phones ringing and people walking. It was just too much noise.
