"I paid 2 nights & tax by the Expedia,but when I been to the property,they said:we have no business with Expedia & we didn’t get no conformation from Expedia.They said:I need to pay again the local currency again,I was shock & my holiday was spoil.No A/C,no cleanness,promise & paid for breakfast,reality no breakfast.I been traveling all over Tunisia last 13 years never had this kind of nasty experience."

"Houssem is an excellent host! He showed us around the property when we got there and ensured we have everything we needed. We visited Bizerte for the first time and stayed for a couple of nights. He helped us with local food and beach recommendations. I had an unfortunate event with my car and Houssem helped me find local help! I cannot be more grateful! I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family!"
