The washer and dryer are top tier and the sleeping accommodations super cozy. I highly recommend Prairie Perch if you find yourself in the Tuttle Creek, Manhattan, Flint Hills area! "

"We hosted a get together for an upcoming wedding and was the perfect set up! So clean and inviting. The location was great, near all major road ways to get wherever and back super easy. "

"We had an excellent! Summer was fantastic and very responsive, providing everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We did have a small issue with the shower drain; however, Summer responded quickly and corrected the issue the next day. The house was a little out of the way, but I enjoyed every minute. I would love to stay here again!"

"We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was extremely clean, which made settling in feel effortless and comfortable. It's tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which gave us a peaceful retreat--no traffic noise, just calm surroundings and a great sense of privacy. A couple of things to note: the water pressure in the master was quite low. Also if you're planning to cook, be aware that the kitchen is light on cookware, especially pans-so you might want to bring a few extras if you're planning meals in. Overall, we loved the property!!"
