"The room was clean, did not stink, and all the appliances worked. The air conditioning cooled the room in just a few minutes. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely book a room there in the future when staying in that area."
"Great location to stay when visiting family. Seamless checkin. Spacious comfortable accommodations and appreciate the coffee maker refrigerator and microwave. "
"The hosts were more than accommodating and very responsive. The home is full equipped with anything you may need. It is in a country setting which we felt very safe and quiet."
"What a lovely property. We stayed there for a big race and it was such a pleasure to come back to the house every day and sit by the creek and have a fully stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again next year, thanks so much for everything!"
Cottage by the creek on 17 acres minutes from Leipers Fork! Writer’s Paradise…
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage was just as described online and shown in pictures. All appliances were modern like new. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and our stay was just what we were looking for. The property is at the end of a long driveway and is nestled deep in the woods with a creek running through it. Wear shoes with good traction to walk down to the creek as the descent is steep. You have a true sense of privacy."
"Gratidude Ranch was the perfect place for my extended family to gather for a long weekend. The main house, carriage house, and cottage were all clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The kitchen was perfect for all of us (11adults & 3 children) to gather while cooking meals together. We also enjoyed grilling on the deck! The many porches with rocking chairs, porch swings, etc were a favorite in the evening too! As an added bonus, the kids LOVED visiting the animals at the barn! During our stay, we drove into the quaint village of Leipers Fork several times for shopping (the Bubble Joy candy shop was the kids favorite!), eating, and enjoyed wine in the Creek at Crown Winery (the adults favorite)! It was a wonderful weekend. We will be back! "
"We wished we could take the swings on the porch home with us. My sister and I were here for a week, and it was super comfortable. We play a lot of board games, for which the turret was perfect. Also, the natural light is great. A box fan helps with air circulation in the closet bedroom. As others have noted, beds are firm and could use some padding for those of us who are older. Road is very close and road noise will be heard at night. Earplugs help. Shower is just perfect and does have some screening now. "
"The property was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed. It was such nice and cozy cottage. Coffee on the porch was a great way to start our day. Will definitely be staying here again for our annual family vacation."
"We were lucky enough to stay here for a full 6 weeks for a summer break from our home town. The house is in a GREAT location that is very quiet and peaceful! Surrounded by nature, we loved the creeks around the home! The screened in porch was used daily by the whole family. Well provisioned and stocked, you can tell Ann and Larry care about providing a great experience for all. Ann and Larry were super responsive and friendly hosts. We also had fun with the piano, record player and all the games! Also, the BEDS were soooo comfortable it was amazing. Super fast internet was great for working from home and playing some video games with the kids. The yard was perfect for our dog and the kids! The home was very clean and lovely on arrival that it felt just like home. We would stay here again every visit! "
"My daughter, grandson, and I stayed here for 2 days during the week to unwind and do a little fishing. The house was perfect and the water access for fishing even better! The owners communication was excellent. We highly recommend this owner and property. "

"Perfection! Much needed time with great friends who are like family, and supporting each other thru medical issues. The perfect peaceful retreat for us all with a lovely little waterfall in the creek. Day trips to Leipers Fork and Dickson. "
